Lynda Katz Wilner, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech and communication trainer and executive coach, inspiring professional speaker, author, and speech and language pathologist in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. She is the founder and CEO of Successfully Speaking, a woman-owned communication consulting firm that helps individuals SPEAK, SOUND, LOOK, and LISTEN like Leaders. This includes professional speaking skills, listening skills and strategies to promote inclusion in the workplace, voice improvement, and accent modification and regional dialect reduction for native and non-native English speakers. (www.successfully-speaking.com). Lynda provides public speaking classes to individuals and organizations and speaks at local and national conferences. Lynda hosted a video series, “Hard Facts About Soft Skills for HR Professionals” and an interview series, “Successful Speakers.” In addition to the ten accent modification training books and materials she has developed and published, she recently released Miss Persnickety’s Guide to Everyday Misspeaks and the SPEAK, SOUND, and LOOK LIke  Leader online self-study course. She is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and the DC chapter. Lynda and Kashonna collaborate to deliver engaging and action-oriented training workshops and presentations.  

Kashonna Marrow is an engaging keynote speaker, an inspiring coach, a motivational author, and an insightful corporate trainer. Kashonna is the President & CEO of Simply Kashonna, a business built to promote BOLD, FEARLESS and COURAGEOUS living. Kashonna has helped many people walk through the ambiguity of their lives and on to defining their life’s purpose by discovering their authentic self. Both, in the corporate arena and in the non-profit world, strategic growth and development of people have always been the focal point of her service. Corporately, she has held positions in both Human Resources, as well as the Staffing industry. Additionally, Kashonna spent years in an executive role where crisis intervention and spiritual guidance were her primary responsibilities. Understanding that leadership training and development is essential to any corporation or organization’s growth, Kashonna launched SK Leading Forward, (www.leadersmoveforward.com/), which is dedicated to enhancing employee engagement, performance, productivity, and morale.  Kashonna and Lynda collaborate to deliver engaging and action-oriented training workshops and presentations.
